Condolence: In 1937, my family moved near the O'neal family and so I grew up with Roy Jurdon and Billy Max or as I called them Jurdon and "Pete". Pete was a nickname given to Billy by his dad. They felt as close as brothers to me. Mrs. O'neal was like a second mother to me. When I had German measels Pete came to visit and entertain me which resulted in him catching the measels. All of my memories of those times and of the O'neal family are pleasant ones. I will miss Jurdon.
Members of the "Mature"Adult Men's Club that meets each morning at the pavillion on the square in Murfreesboro ask thatI convey their condolences to the family also. Jerry O'neal is a charter member of this group.
