Obituary for Mary V. Schooley (Aylett)
Mary V. Schooley, age 88 of Nashville, Arkansas, passed away, Friday, March 27, 2015 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born March 31, 1926 in Nashville, Arkansas to the late William Luther and Mary Virginia Ramage Aylett. She was a homemaker and a member of the Central Baptist Church in Mineral Springs.
Mary loved sewing, working in her garden, cooking, especially making her famous fudge, and she also loved to go deer hunting.
Preceding her in death other than her parents was her husband, Wallace Schooley, 1 great grandson, Paul Mikulek, 2 brothers, Howard and Ramage Aylett and 1 sister, Marthelle Branch.
Her survivors include2 daughters, Pat Morris of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Pam Harris of Mineral Springs, Arkansas.
2 Brothers, Hoy “Big” Aylett of Nashville, Coy “Ick” Aylett of Nashville and 1 sister, Floy “Pug” Wilson of Fort Worth, Texas
6 grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren, as well as a host of other family and friends.
Services will be Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 2 pm at Nashville Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Restland Memorial Park under the direction of Nashville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday night from 6 to 8 pm.
